Pros

If you buy into staffing you'll probably like it if you can muscle through the first 5 months Opportunity to make a good amount of money eventually. Good transition from college if you liked to party/were in a frat or sorority

Cons

Alcohol is king- a big frat party most of the time Not enough opportunity to advance but most people don't want to manage an office because you'll lose commission. If you want to be in sales and you aren't a guy, good luck. Starting pay is crazy low, no matter how much experience you have before. If you can't live with your parents right out of school or if your parents aren't able to support you, you'll need to figure something out. Commission doesn't happen for a while.

Pros

Brooksource is a forward-thinking company where employees have the ability to make a huge difference very quickly through one thing: hard work. If an employee consistently does high quality, high volume work, they will be given unlimited earnings potential, the ability to move into new roles, and celebrate every single step of the way. This is a company where your age and tenure do not define your level of influence. As a 25-year old, I am on a text message basis with the CEO, have the ability to make strategic decisions to improve our operations, and where my voice is heard at all levels. This is a huge motivator.

Cons

This is not a place where you can "go through the motions" and expect success. This is the business of PEOPLE- thus unexpected curve balls, rejections, and tough situations arise daily. A successful Brooksource employee must have thick skin, exceptional optimism and people skills, and an innate drive to succeed- no matter what it takes. Our business requires early mornings, late nights, and a rollercoaster of high's and low's. Because BIG MONEY comes from commission and success is measured by production, we need do'ers with grit and grind to them.

Pros

Good workplace culture, everyone is friendly.

Cons

Hard to make good money, bunch of frat stars that think this is still college. Not a good job for a student who went to a business school as they will be greatly wasting their potential and efforts.
