      Pros

      I joined the Brooksource team in June 2015 and was able to be promoted in less than 6 months. the ability to make your own career path and be completely in charge of your own success is incredible. A few of the reasons I love working here are the team atmosphere...the office has become my family, the ability to take control of your own success and have the ability to make whatever salary you desire (with hard work put in), and the training program that has allowed me to grown immensely professionally and emotionally since graduation.

      Cons

      You have to have the ability to work hard and autonomously. Even though that's not a con to some it may not be ideal.

      They treat you well, take you out to lunch, etc, pay checks delivered ontime, etc

      I did not get another position after first contract but am ok with that

      Pros

      There is probably no better place to start your career out of college. In terms of culture, the leadership in place helps you get acclimated to an industry that you probably haven't had previous experience, and they are some of the most fun people you'll be around. Happy hours, office outings, and whole office celebrations for a single individuals promotion is hard to compete with. Now, in terms of the coworkers. Everyone is a rock star, they are competitive, have a thirst to be successful, and the amount of drive each person in the office has is unparalleled. Because of this, the amount of vertical growth opportunity is ripe for the picking if you make it your focus.

      Cons

      It can be a roller coaster. Like anything that has a commission structure in place you'll want to, and have to, put in the work to get the results you want. Sometimes it pays off in the short run, sometimes it doesn't. That is the nature of sales.
