      Pros

      Lucky to work with great people and enjoy coming to the office every day. As a recruiter it is very rewarding to network and help someone find the right position for their career. We celebrate individual and team accomplishments. For a driven individual there are many opportunities for growth and leadership within the company. There is always a chance to challenge yourself, get outside of your comfort zone and better yourself. Brooksource cares about their people.

      Cons

      It is a fast paced industry, you cannot control everything and must learn to accept when things don't go as planned. Having an optimistic attitude will help immensely!

      Pros

      Fun environment in the office. Company outings are frequent.

      Cons

      The base pay is too low The industry is volatile, so you have to be able to roll with the punches Stagnant at time, this can lead to very long days. Your day will consist of scanning job boards and making calls.

      Excellent opportunity for career advancement & growth, if you work hard your efforts are recognized and it will pay off! Young thriving culture, everyone is always looking out for one another, a true family vibe.

      Cons

      The industry can be wearing, and very difficult. Things happen that are beyond your control, you need to have a roll with the punches attitude, otherwise it won't work for you.
