Pros

The only positive about this company to work for was the hours.

Cons

- Low Pay I went into so much debt working here due to the low pay, I had to work two jobs while working here just to get by and pay my bills. -Management is very bad they don't listen to any concerns you have and treat you horribly. -They use a cookie cutter model for all the schools in MITS and it does NOT work but when you try to give them constructive criticism they do not listen. - Management will not take blame for anything they are doing wrong I once had problem and went to them about it and the first person to blame was me asking if I was even competent enough to do my Job.

BOCES offers its staff excellent opportunities for professional development.

Cons

The lack of discipline and the behavior that is accepted by the BOCES Administration makes for an unsafe work environment. This is one reason that this BOCES has a difficult time retaining staff.

Cool group of workers no matter the district one travels to.

Management is absolutely terrible, they cannot handle a single issue or apply themselves towards anything their workers do!
