The only positive about this company to work for was the hours.
Cons
- Low Pay I went into so much debt working here due to the low pay, I had to work two jobs while working here just to get by and pay my bills. -Management is very bad they don't listen to any concerns you have and treat you horribly. -They use a cookie cutter model for all the schools in MITS and it does NOT work but when you try to give them constructive criticism they do not listen. - Management will not take blame for anything they are doing wrong I once had problem and went to them about it and the first person to blame was me asking if I was even competent enough to do my Job.
