They had been a stable company, many employees had been with the company for a long time. Employees cared and worked hard wanting the company to succeed.

Cons

Seem to make changes for change sake. Company doesn't listen to employee survey results - prefers to just do a yearly survey and listen to the many "consultants" that they hire.

The CEO does his best and truly cares.

Cons

It has been said on here and it needs to be said again. HR is unethical. They promote all their friends and demote those who have employees best interest at heart and is a good, honest HR employee who is respected by all the employees. How many HR promotions have happened after they just worked there less than a year not to mention the award for doing their job. The positive feedback on here is from HR employees trying to cover. They need to be audited. Check actual resumes against job descriptions too. The Recruiting Manager is very dishonest. Employee survey means nothing. They pacify employees with meetings and do absolutely nothing to improve the environment.
