Great place to work, just not enough to do

Pros

The company is great - wonderful people and great benefits.

Cons

I was bored in my job here. The departments were huge, and so much time was spent in meetings or reviewing each other's work that what few projects were available to work on went through dozens of revisions from others on the team and then managers.

Pros

Great work environment, great people, nice facility, work flexibility, and opportunity for growth and advancement in most positions

Cons

Slow to change, not as competitive in salary, behind technologically, management is resistant to suggestions on continuous improvement, the expected workload is too high and out of line with industry standards. There is a lack of consistency in clams decisions from one manager to the next and training needs improvement
