BMIC has a respect for ALL employees and an ethics to serve their members and employees. A hard balance to review, the company focuses on opportunities to lift one another up (members and employees).

Cons

Making sure that BMIC stays ahead of the curve on offering employee benefits, to which currently they do.

Pros

Great benefits and pay. The company has a ton of free perks like a gym and clinic, and have things like a wellness incentive program that you get a $250 gift card for if you participate. Plus the open Christian environment is so nice and healthy comparatively. It’s also pretty flexible, and they always put family first like if an emergency comes up or kids’ schools are closed. Plus every Wednesday you get to work from home.

Cons

It’s an office, so if you don’t like sitting at a computer all day, that can make the days go a little slow.
