Pros

Brotherhood Mutual truly values their employees, offering competitive benefits packages and compensation. The overall schedule offers a good work-life balance. The campus and physical environment there is really nice and some of the individuals there are very welcoming.

Cons

They rarely acknowledge the lack of diversity within the company. The absence of diverse perspectives and experiences creates an uncomfortable environment for minorities(Race, Gender, and Age). It is crucial for Brotherhood to address this issue and actively work towards creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. Implementing comprehensive diversity training programs would be a step in the right direction.

Brotherhood Mutual is a great place to work and is filled with people passionate about helping the church. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly and always willing to help each other out.

Cons

Some policies such as dress code were a bit strict, though they were letting up on this around the time I left. Diversity left a lot to be desired.
