The Firm provides a very good work-life balance with flexibility when necessary. Employee social events, including the annual Hershey Bears game and annual summer picnic, help to promote employee morale. The work environment provides opportunity for professional growth and advancement, with career counselors and mentors to guide along the way. A strong tone at the top is the foundation of the Firm's employee-friendly, quality-focused culture.

Cons

As with any public accounting firm, tax season hours can be difficult for work-life balance.

Pros

Outside of tax season hours are very flexible, co-workers are easy to work with and you will learn a lot, benefits are fantastic including a fun committee that let's you know you are appreciated, Mr Frosty (an ice cream truck) comes once a week during the summer/spring/fall

Cons

Agreed with previous comment that staff are promoted, not necessarily on merit, but on how long they have been working

Very supportive and inclusive environment. Received exposure to several industries and gained extensive knowledge through working in these industries

Cons

A bit top heavy in the sense that there were more partners than managers, so the managers seemed to be stretched thin at times, but that’s probably common within the industry
