What is urgent today may be old news in just 2 days - Senior leaders can do better when it comes to recognizing efforts and good results - Sometimes the pressure can get a bit much; not always, but when something needs to be pulled off, the expectations can get very unrealistic and it puts everyone on very elevated stress
