      Pros

      Never did I anticipate such a great team, product, people and handholding. The org wants you to learn and grow and are very invested in your development. Things are going great as of now, the team is really big and growing.

      Cons

      Lot to learn and do in very less time but that is what I signed up for!

      The SDR and AE team have generally good working relationship. The managers are decent with some exceptions.

      Cons

      Sometimes put unnecessary pressure on top performers to make up for the team.
