      Pros

      The revamped promotion system and other gift hampers, moreover the likes the 5 and 10 year anniversary, are amazing. It feels nice to see appreciation for my dedication and hard work and celebrate long-term commitment. The recent Grant boost was also very encouraging, hope we get more of it and with more frequency.

      Cons

      Hope the org fulfills it's commitment towards twice a year cadence as WFH needs breaks and a change is definately required to recharge

      Working with few of the best minds in the industry. The Product range is a reason for pride.

      Cons

      Very fast paced environment but that was a decision I made when I joined a start up in teh growth phase.
