- Best People to work with. - No hierarchy. Flat org and you can reach to anyone for work/help. - Very Good work life balance. - No whats app group and no mobile calls for work. - Great space to learn and work. - Very good culture and senior management are superb.

Cons

- Work from allowance is not enough for setting up work desk/table/screen etc. - Health related allowance should be given like lot of other start-up companies. For eg : allocation for gym/yoga/zumba should be given to employees.
