The supportive and dynamic work environment made it easy to adapt to new challenges, and I gained valuable insights into how large-scale operations function. The opportunity to identify and implement process improvements allowed me to contribute to the efficiency of the team and enhance the overall customer experience

Cons

The fast-paced nature of the job could sometimes be overwhelming, as there are periods which require quick turnaround times; but this has helped me in my development for future roles

This was hands down the smoothest onboarding experience I have ever had, surpassing my expectations, especially for a remote-first organisation. It’s clear that they truly care about setting up their employees for success. Highly recommend!

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any cons. If I had to nitpick, it might be the sheer volume of information shared initially, but even that was well-organized and manageable.
