      Pros

      The company (Hysitron, now Bruker) paid well.

      Cons

      The management- specifically owner of the company was awful. I felt worthless, humiliated, and less-than human working for the company.

      Great equipment. Always the performance leader. Freedom to work on a variety of projects with customers. Good commitment from mid-level managers.

      Cons

      Finance group makes most of the real decisions. Too many changes in compensation programs.

      Great people some interesting projects

      Cons

      Too many old product lines supported. Projects are started and later put on hold. Project planning is often poorly managed. Bruker designs, builds and tests high end microscopes yet there are more staff in HR than in manufacturing engineering. 5 current HR staff offer very little in terms of employee support.
