No work life balance. The company just care about revenue generation and utilisation....

Lot of friendly people. Great products and room to innovate and grow.

Cons

Disorganise in Asia commercial offices. HR doing nothing and push to business unit. Business unit waiting for HR. Need more active people than retirees.

easy to leave - just a number on a P&L spreadsheet

Cons

the most abusive and incompetent people are too busy working on back stabbing. Almost everyone left the UK, new starters don't turn up after they check the company culture. Culture of fear and impending job cuts - the only tool used to balance the books.
