Cons

Chaotic environment as many business leader behaves like a cowboy in his or her domain

Pretty decent compensation and not too much pressure to work overtime.

Cons

Not enough of a push from upper management to innovate - constantly fixing bugs and issues from legacy code base. Knee jerk reaction to the market that rarely pan out.

Good salary. Good place to gain knowledge and experience

Cons

Management is very bad. Director badmouth on persons who have left the company. Director is not replacing already resigned manager and micro-managing the department. I do not recommend engineers to work under this director.
