      Toxins and Poisons have left my body and mind

      Pros

      Medical Benefits . Xmas closure . Co workers. Weekends off. The receptionist in lobby is always helpful to employees.plenty of space to work . Only 80 out of 325 employees in building. Employees are friendly.. that is pretty much it . No perks. No parties . You work like a robot . VP upstairs makes money doing absolutley zero !!!

      Very very depressing sad place to work. Morale you can cut with knife. The building is a ghost town. More then 200 People have left in 2 years including myself . Feels great to resign. I felt poison and toxins im my body from my boss in san jose. A horrible person . Everyone is surprised she is still there .. get rid of all managers . RETENTION IS A HUGE ISSUE!! There is not a Human Resources at the Goleta office . Employees need a human to talk to . Im so happy I have resigned and will never look back . Bruker has a bad rap .. employees have left to work for competitors. Employees stay and fire all upper and low management .

      Pros

      No pros for working at Bruker.

      Cons

      Middle management is incompetent, upper management does not care about the employees. Work on top of Work, expectations are unrealistic, limited direction, no training; working in “crisis mode”, no incentives, no bonuses unless you are management, broken processes, no procedures, an SAP system that continues to breakdown...I could go on and on.

      Pros

      Great work colleagues, very helpful and friendly with a fantastic team ethos among the engineering staff. Good products. Training provided on all the products you will be working on.

      Cons

      Prepare to make massive sacrifices in your home life, long periods away from home. Majority of work in the UK mainland. Slow to get even the most basic parts. Bloated admin processes and lack of clarity regarding the implementation of them. The overall salary package regarding work/life balance etc is very poor. You will work lots of extra hours for nothing. Understaffed regarding field service engineers.
