Pros

Coffee machine and IT support best ever ever worked with !

Cons

Unfortunately the biggest waste of a year of my life! Too much work load very little direct or support given by senior management, chews up and spits out decent hard working individuals. No clue about real terms of supporting staff or developing them, too many stupid systems designed only to grind you down and trip you up ! Kept in the dark about real changes the management want to make, will loose ground to the competition fast running them selfs into the ground on shoe strings! Infuriating because it could be such a better place if only they listen to there staff. Stear clear at all costs to your sanity !

Pros

Good technology, helpful IT staff in head office.

Cons

Appealing aggressive atmosphere. Lack of clear direction. Very depressing place to work at, clearly most staff at site did not want to be there. Very destructive short term decisions the order of the day. Several impenetrable cliques in operation. Very poor management from Germany. Desperately under resourced. Impossible to do job properly as a result. Large numbers leaving in 2 year cycles. Appaling stock processes from Germany. Poor IT, antiquated field service software. Al terrible documentation and abysmal trainimg.Avoid!!!

Pros

Unfortunately, I fear that the pros are slipping away. Local management is still good, but pressures from upper management slowly affecting everything. There is still a "science first " attitude and a willingness to fight to get things done. Still customer focused and will make things right if needed.

Cons

We never know when our commission checks will come in. Some of us rely on this money. Production has had problems keeping up, causing delays. There is a perceptible change in morale, feeding on itself.
