Day-to-day life as an employee focuses on satisfaction of the customers, not bringing up the stock numbers for the upcoming quarter. The company is still small and mobile; there are plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement. This reviewer's impression is that the best days are ahead, it is not an ossifying dinosaur like the big players in this industry.
Cons
As it is a small company and customers are widespread, travel requirements (domestic and international) are considerable until company growth supplies more regional travel requirements. A downside to the diverse workforce is that cultural and language differences occasionally create communication challenges. Availability of resources and logistics cans sometimes be a challenge because of the small organization.
