Good work environment and corporate culture. Great technological depth in wide spectrum of products – perfect place to learn new things. Nice well-maintained facilities – pleasure to work in.
Cons
No real career development program. Contacts between different divisions are encouraged, but in practice very limited. Corporate structure can be tricky to figure out.
