Pros

They do care about their employees and will back them up when things don't go as planned. The work environment was not overly stressful.

Cons

Travel can be excessive for people in the field and sometimes also not planned well.

Great technology - very poor management

Pros

Great technology, good atmosphere around employers, talented engineers. Good life/work balance

Cons

No or inconsistent product strategy, short-term vision based on fast sales instead of product quality. Senior management has extremely poor communication skills and performs management by fear. Very poor organized: there is no-one who can draw a organizational chart of this organisation. We seem to spent more time on company-politics than technology. Decreased product quality as a result of massive outsourcing.

Pros

Fast Passed, local to Silicon Valley.

Cons

Poor Leadership, poor product quality. Revenue is more importent than product quality. Employees are worked very hard and compensateted poorly. Very disorganized and lack of resources has lead to high turn over.
