Pros

Competitive salary, nice people, bonus and 401K match, great work/life balance, nobody seemed to be micromanaged, promoted from within.

Cons

Health benefits weren't that great, building and cubicles were so old, it really needed to be updated. Seemed Goleta location was a cash cow for the rest of company.

Travel is 50-90% with with some occasional international trips to Switzerland, Canada, Germany, France, etc.

Flexable work hours, work at home twice a month

Cons

Marketing department is actually a event planing department. Should not be called a marketing department, the manager of that department has no degree, and sees no need to improve her skills as a manager. Does not plan out her events and everything is in crisis mode. Dead end job.
