poor salary,, poor benefits, not afraid to let go of people of slash benefits whenever hey feel like.

Pros

Great technology. Most are nice people, polite and pleasant to work with. Time off at holiday season (between Christmas &New Year) is great.

Cons

Scientific arrogance. They also believe that only scientists know anything and so put scientists into positions that they are supremely unqualified to fill.They do not provide training to fill gaps in knowledge. Top-heavy management. Many VPs and Presidents with unclear and often conflicting responsibilities.
