      Pros

      Good technical training programs during initial phase of the job, office parties.

      Cons

      Worst top management and also they are technically incompetent which leads to poor customer management. If you’re loyal, hardworking and don’t know how to handle office politics then it’s definitely not a good company for you.

      Pros

      Beyond having a job there aren't many pros to working for this company. There are other analytical instrument manufacturers to try and work for.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no room for career advancement. Communication between managers and headquarters in Germany is awful. We continue to look like we have no idea what we are doing in the market. Don't expect for your opinion to matter to anyone unless you have a PhD in chemistry.
