      Pros

      Very friendly coworkers, very dedicated and hard working. Bruker has always been a lean operation but a flat hierarchy encouraged effective communication and coordination between groups. Tremendous knowledge and depth within the scientific and engineering staff along with a willingness to bring in expertise or outside collaborators to advance R&D lead to great agility in new product development..

      Lean operations often led to heavy work loads.
