Pros
I've been with Bruker for about 10 years. The company is specialized in building high-precision optical interferometers and the quality of their products is phenomenal. I enjoyed my work there as the people are friendly and very good professionals. There are a lot of new things to learn for a newcomer, but I recommend it strongly.
Cons
Not too many, really! The benefits are probably among the best you could find out there, in a world where their overall quality decreases continuously. As a small/medium-sized company, its survival depends upon the hard work of all member. Expect a lot of work and long hours - yeah, what's new?
