A tech organization reminiscent of WW2 Germany, and now widespread across worldwide office: - Very territorial organization defined by borders, boundaries and tall hierarchies. Different teams and functions work strictly within their own boundaries. Very little cross-function collaborative spirit. - alot of backstabbing, spying, scapegoating and bullying. An intimidating culture for newcomers. - extreme, unhealthy obsession with monetary figures. It is almost run like a bank! - countless parachuting and exporting of management figures due to the relentlessly obsessive nature of Bruker with figures
