1. bias and toxic GM , always try to find staff fault once he was aiming him/ her 2. hired no engineering basic / qualification staff as Engineer because of he have connection with him 3. no fixed annual bonus. bonus will be given only on april with bias evaluation by him 4.always said staff can give opinion but at the end only his opinion will be count and if staff argue with him . that staff will be in his aiming list 5. no annual dinner or team building. only selected person will be chosen for certain event 6. huge favoritism 7. the lazy will be praised but the one who did the job will get poop 8. always yell at people infront others . 9. no flexibility even he said got wfh but actly doesnt 10. no replacement for saturday Public Holiday 11. staff benefit just s0-s0 12. very micromanage

No room for advancement. Annual raises small. Very poor work culture. Profit driven. Too much egotism. Don’t have mental or physical conditions if you want to work here. Abusive engineers. Doesn’t care about employees. Worst tuition reimbursement program I have ever seen. Insurance could be improved. Not an inclusive work environment. Too much office politics for such a small fab. Doesn’t care about worker safety. Upper management does not care about employees and is not shy about making it known.
