Pros
free meals on holidays, good co-workers most of the time, free coffee, shift differentials for nights and weekends.
Cons
no breaks, underpaid, way too much political posturing, the managers have never even done the job they are trying to oversee. management doesn't listen to worker complaints, or suggestions. Too much caddy high school style drama, everyone has dated everyone else. constant gossip. always under staffed, with insanely high turn over. so your always training someone new, and trying to work short at the same time.
