Pros

Supportive and communicative management, good team, great benefits and a positive overall work culture. I have been there for years and I very much enjoy it. For me, the pros easily outweigh the cons.

Cons

They try and get you PRN or part time to start with usually to not fork over maximum benefits and there's a few overall company policies here and there that are a bit penny-pinching.
