Pros

I recommend Bryan Psych as a great place to work. I felt it was more supportive than most healthcare related places. They clearly wanted staff to be able to take care of themselves. I think it's an overall professional environment.

Cons

Low level toxicity. Benefits were downgraded. Lower pay. They claim to do a fair market pay but it's not.
