2 pros are my coworkers and receiving a paycheck.

Cons

Bryan has low salaries for the amount of work and education needed for MLT and MLS. If you advance from MLT to MLS, they give you no years of service experience. Laboratory personal aren't seen, hard or respected. Poor Laboratory management. Often short staffed. Took away and lessened some benefits in 2024. Don't feeled valued by company.
