Onboarding was very organized and I immediately felt like I was part of the BU family. I value the monthly updates from the President, as I feel transparency and communication are very important aspects of a company.

Cons

Benefits and 401k contribution aren't the best.

Our core values result in phenomenal student outcomes. This doesn't happen by accident. There is a culture of trust, ownership, respect and continuous improvement in which we as employees win together! Student success is how we define winning. If you are looking to work at B.U. or partner with B.U. be prepared to be treated with a high level of respect and gratitude. So refreshing!
