The pay is good and provide benefits

Cons

The management at this company is horrible. Nothing is every good enough for them and they constantly want more from you. Leadership will blame their employees for everything that is going wrong. It is 100% sales but they don't tell you that necessarily. You have numbers you have to hit each month and if you don't they will have a conversation with you about it and give you an unrealistic extension. Toxic place, constantly dialing, no motivation or growth within the company.

Being apart of Bryan University has been an absolute blessing. From the moment I walked through the door I have never felt more of a welcoming place to continue my teaching career in exercise science and fitness. Never have I worked in such a place where individuals come together for the benefit of others.

Cons

Bryan University IS a racist institution which does not support African American rights. They do not support equality for their employees and choose to negatively target black employees that choose to speak up. Do not work here, do not go to school here. Leadership at Bryan is racist and doesn't care about their employees.
