Pros

All decisions are made with the student experience and success in mind. There are many employees that have been with Bryan for over 5 years. They really care about their employees

Cons

Bryan has grown quickly recently and is working on building processes that support the larger student population so we can continue to grow.

Pros

These are the pros I can think of: - Great people - Helpful colleagues - Meaningful work that benefits students and the university - Encouragement towards physical and mental well-being - Efficient administration for an online university of this size

Cons

These are the cons I can think of: - Some systems (and processes) need upgrades - Pay is lower than industry average - Inadequate annual PTO

Pros

Since starting at Bryan University almost two years ago, I have learned many things. I have grown in my new role as a Team Lead,

Cons

The biggest con would have to be that there isn't to many growing opportunities in the Contact Center unless you are wanting to become a Lead. If you are not ready for that, you can transfer to other departments.
