Pros

Remote work and awesome co workers

Cons

This used to be a great place to work with a positive and supportive team environment. However, a recent change in management significantly impacted morale and team dynamics. The new manager did not show interest in hearing employee concerns and seemed intent on replacing the existing team rather than supporting and developing it. Communication was often rude and unprofessional, which created a toxic and demotivating atmosphere. Unfortunately, as a result, several team members were either let go or chose to leave due to the manager’s behavior and leadership style. It was disappointing to see such a positive work culture deteriorate so quickly. It could still be a good place to work if you’re lucky and get assigned to a different team.

Pros

Since starting at Bryan University almost two years ago, I have learned many things. I have grown in my new role as a Team Lead,

Cons

The biggest con would have to be that there isn't to many growing opportunities in the Contact Center unless you are wanting to become a Lead. If you are not ready for that, you can transfer to other departments.
