Pros

The leaders of the organization are authentically focused on creating high levels of employee engagement consistent with the company's core values and mission. BU offers great health benefits, an awesome wellness program and a matching 401k which is a sign of the company's commitment to the overall well-being of its employees!

Cons

BU is still a relatively small mid-sized company. I look forward to more growth opportunities at Bryan as the company grows.

Pros

We change the lives of students of all backgrounds and we do it in a way that is flexible, supportive, aligned with the mission to liberate innate greatness and we all come together as a family to do great things.

Cons

The speed is fast, if you don't like change, you won't like how agile we are. We always looking to improve so, we always don't master concepts we change with the times and the industries.

Having less organizational layers allows us the agility you mentioned but we do recognize it also means that sometimes there are fewer opportunities for upward mobility. Pros

We truly have a great team at Bryan and all strive toward the same goal of helping students. Collaborative and supportive team dynamics. Flat organization so not a ton of room for mobility up the "ladder" but lots of opportunities for professional growth and development as well as the ability to influence change and innovation. Excellent benefits. Pay and time off are competitive. Amazing culture. We have lots of fun!

Cons

Nothing worth mentioning in my opinion since no company is perfect. Leadership sends out surveys frequently to gauge employee engagement and has implemented changes as a result of employee feedback. Communication has been brought up in the past and I have already noticed company initiatives to improve in this area.
