Pros

The "Team" aspect of working for Bryan University is amazing with personal support like I've never known. The leadership at Bryan are absolutely committed to the growth of their staff and students. I work in Admissions and have the privelege of being on the best team I have ever worked with! My days are spent helping students define and step into a promising career path, while also being challenged to achieve my own personal goals of growth within the company. May I just add my manager is a "DREAM" to work with...Kacie Girgenti - thank you for your incredible abilty to be 100% committed to the success of Bryan University while simultaneously being 100% committed to the success of your team members! So grateful... this job is a true gift! If you are looking... look no further. Come join the greatest team ever!

Cons

There are challenges in everything we do and any job on earth will present them from time to time. In Admissions I talk to people on the phone all day long. It is a privelege and I love it. There are days however, when I may be personally challenged to be "on" for each phone call. In this job being "on" for each person you speak to is a must because each call is an opportunity to change a life. Though this is not much of a "con" ...it is something to be aware of and ready for. I personally like it because it causes me to choose to engage the person in front of me, even if I may not feel like it in that moment... and that is never a bad thing!
