      -- Leadership that celebrates employee autonomy and the value of each employee's unique abilities and contributions -- A mission and values that align with leadership behavior -- these leaders LEAD BY EXAMPLE! Very motivating! -- Constant drive toward improvement for the student experience -- Being a part of something truly bigger than just oneself -- Flat organization; every voice matters -- Adaptable and innovative in education; trying new things and never ceasing to challenge traditional boundaries

      Cons

      -- Flat organization; while growth is greatly supported philosophically and systemically, vertical growth is limited by the nature of this org structure -- Innovative organization; companies committed to innovation are going to experience change more rapidly and frequently than those committed to the status quo. This kind of environment is not for everyone!

      Great place to work with exceptional mission

      Pros

      I enjoy working for Bryan because I believe in the mission that online education can be impactful regardless of your background or readiness. Bryan allow me at my level to contribute ideas as well as work on innovation and improvement as we consistently challenge the status quo. The company spends a lot of time and resources innovating education to really bless student's lives, more so than any other institution I've worked at.
