Hired to do enrollment for start up new AZ site

Nice office and location and good coffee. Nice people.

Cons

Was hired to enroll for online in a "different way" with high trust relationships. Within 6 months they abandoned their plan and went to the same old way of doing online education by focusing only on putting students in class regardless of retention rate. They did not have their IT up to speed and the classroom experience was miserable for students. Constant friction with financial aid side which never seemed to understand the needs of the satellite office.

Over the past 5 years Bryan University has grown and expanded giving opportunities to employees that work hard and give back. It is not about working 50+ hours, but the quality of your work. Bryan University is like any company and looks for employees that are team oriented and willing to go the extra mile of students. They empower you to do the right thing for students.

Cons

They do not offer a 401k. It would be nice to have cheaper benefits.
