I moved to a new state and felt I was treated well in comparison to the previous state and industry I worked in. There is a coffee room and camaraderie. I made some new friends and most of my coworkers were young, fresh, attractive, and exciting. They boast a diverse population. I worked with some people who were dedicated to the company and its mission. The facility was clean and they pay well for what they want you to do.

Cons

I did not agree with the company's mission/values and I do not like having to sell anything so I left. There is pressure to sell and follow a script that is supposedly proven to work. If you don't mind selling and don't mind little benefits and just want to get your feet wet then go for it. I heard they are remote now so that's even better than when we had to be at the office because I would just be sitting at the computer and making cold calls from a computer list for what seemed like an eternity and most customers hung up.

Here are some of the reasons why: - The company really appreciates the work you put in daily. - Many perks and benefits that come with employment. - There are more career development opportunities regarding professional growth. - A lot of flexibility within workplace or scheduling in terms of working parents. - The workplace culture is outstanding. BU's workplace culture is definitely an asset that supports family, and an emphasis on creativity and innovative thinking. - Continuing education opportunities.
