work life balance ever shifting priorities without enough resources to accomplish a goal too many goals Interacting with senior leadership often times feels like walking a tightrope benefits are laughable pay is no where near where it should be for the skillset and time requirement

Pros

Management truly cares about their staff, offering fantastic training to ensure success in your position. Expectations were clearly stated, the orientation was helpful and the SOP's were useful to stay on track.

Cons

No company is perfect. Small hiccups with software has come up, however IT responds quickly to resolve any issues I have had.
