Good for experience and learning.

Cons

Employees travel long distances with personal vehicles company says they will pay mileage but don’t. They don’t reward hard working long term employees. They lowball wages . They shine employees on in hopes they will forget about the concerns.

Pros

Benefit package is good when compared to similar construction companies. Safety is of highest concern along. There is a bonus paid monthly if your crew is injury and incident free, which is a good incentive.

Cons

Some preferential treatment by foremen and supervisors for relatives and friends. As with all construction companies work comes and goes, so layoffs are quite frequent.
