We agree! We do have great team members that are helping shape the future of Bsquare. Company morale did have a low point in 2019 largely due to company transitions. Since early 2019 we've made significant changes in our leadership team that has led to a strong focus on our future and helped continue to improve our morale. Today our team has a positive outlook for our company. Thanks for sharing!

There were a good amount of changes in Bsquare last year, but we believe they all led us to where we are today. We are a collaborative, cohesive team all focused on the bright future of Bsquare. A large part of the reason we have a bright future is due to our team members who remained focused on our future even during the many changes in 2019. Thank you for sharing. I'm glad you are enjoying our culture and paid parking (who doesn’t love paid parking!). 2019 was a tough year for us and we were also disappointed that we didn't grant bonuses. As we continue to move the business in a positive direction one of the items at the top of our list is to reinstate a bonus program. Our leadership team is very transparent about the state of the business and as soon as we are able to grant bonuses we will announce it company-wide.
