Pros

Work life balance is as good as it gets in retail Great pay and benefits Strong focus on training Fun enviorment

Cons

From a store level once you are a CWM thats it in terms of growth, Dont think your going to ever be a BL. Partly due to low turnover but mostly due to a lack of confidence in the CWM's My advise If you want to be a BL, go be a DM somewhere else and then try and get on.

Pros

A company with heart. Teddy bears and kids are fun. Great product to sell. It's hard work but a lot of fun. Ok to wear jeans and bring dogs to work (at BQ). Good and hard-working team of people in stores and at BQ. Some cool and interesting perks. Lots to do.

Cons

Lots to do. Uniforms are questionable. Salaries can be low. Benefits good but not great.
