Pros

Flexible on working hours, at least at the store i worked at. A great management team will make or break the experience at build-a-bar

Cons

Pay is horrible compared to other employers and for the amount of work that is required. It is also very hard to get promoted.

Pros

Fantastic people with a true dedication to their work. Everyone is happy to be there. Management is open and has a great direction for the company.

Cons

There were no downsides when I was there in my position. The only downside may be that some staff members work a large amount of hours.
