Pros
The work culture is pretty fun! And the commission is great.
Cons
They progressively started micromanaging everyone more and more to the point it was hard to do your job correctly and destroyed moral. Also hired a lot of people with promises to move into other departments which never actually became a real option. I’m sure the other departments were better to work in but I’d avoid the sales floor
