Pros

My boss was amazing, She gave constructive feedback and really helped to push me to the next level with my career. My team was my family. They're an incredible group of individuals who really helped to shape my professional development as well. I was given more than enough opportunities to come up with and implement new strategies for the various channels I was in charge of. Failure was always approached in a positive way and learning was encouraged and celebrated.

Cons

Unfortunately, pay is based on a very outdated source and isn't currently competitive on a national scale. Middle management is trying very hard to improve the pay structure, and there's definitely hope for that situation in the near future.
